How long does it take to build my website? Websites are completed in 7 business days. If you are providing photos or other infomation and you have a delay in sending it, the final completion of your website will be delayed. If I buy a website now can I "upgrade" to a lager website later? Yes. If you buy the "Single page" now you can upgrade at any time by paying the difference between the setup fees. And of course the monthly fee will increase. How easy is it to edit the content on my website? It is similar to writing and editing an email. Is this a "template website" ? No. Each website is customed designed for that business. Why is the price so low? We have been building websites and web applications since 1996 (back when Netscape 1.0 was the only browser). Over the years we have developed the expertise to build websites very quickly. Do you use FrontPage or Dreamweaver? Nope. We use a text editor. For us it is faster and gives me a LOT more control over the finished webpages. After it is finished can I still call you with questions and additions? Yes! Suport is included in the monthly fee. Our tech support team is here to help you from 9am to 4pm pacific time Monday thru Friday. If you get the voicemail just leave a message and one of our team will call you back as soon as possible (usually within twenty minutes). |
